Sherman

Spent some time identifying an "official" starting point. My notes on this point:

• 11,020' contour
• below the Lamb/Sheep saddle
• at a spot with a subtle driveway on the left (south) side of the road, with an "arch" over the driveway about 50 yards off the road
• Private Property post on the right side of the road
• below 9630 address

Started at 7:14 am from a random pull-off on the left some distance above the point described above, at what seemed like the best spot with regard to private property.

Ran into Ian M and Dorthe L on the summit, so chatted with them for a bit before starting down.
