From Gregory TH, Amph, Saddle Rock, Greenman, Green; down the same.
Started at 6:21 pm. Felt pretty spry out of the gate. Ran more than usual throughout the ascent. Thought I'd be in the 37's but just missed out. Worked pretty hard on the downhill but, at the same time, felt like I was moving really slowly.
