From Cragmoor TH, North Shanahan, Fern, Bear; down the same.
Started at 6:45 am. Worked hard. On the ridge above the saddle, didn't think the summit would ever arrive. Just don't hit Fern that often.
PR by 21 seconds. Previous PR was 48:04 on 6/4/09. Interesting that I was 50 seconds slower today crossing the Mesa Trail. Probably started out a bit hot on that prior PR and faded.
