From Gregory TH, Amph, Saddle Rock, Greenman, Green; down West Ridge, Ranger, Gregory.
Started at 6:20 am. Felt pretty good starting out so worked pretty hard up Amph. Thought I kept the effort high, but I was slower than expected to Greenman. Got a stitch approaching Greenman Spring so eased off for a bit. Once I finally realized (5 minutes or so from the top) that I wasn't going to be anywhere near a PR, I eased off even more and cruised it in.
