From Gregory TH, Amph, Saddle Rock, Greenman, Green; down West Ridge, Ranger, Realization Point TH, Ute, off trail to Flagstaff summit; Flagstaff, Crown Rock, Gregory.
Started at 6:18 am. Felt alright but took it easy today except for running from the low point on Ranger to the summit of Flag (was curious about the elevation gain for this, and my altimeter reported 310 feet).
