From Gregory TH, Amph, Saddle Rock, Greenman, Green; down the same.
Started at 4:54 pm. Hiked most of this. Did run from Saddle Rock/Greenman to the spring, then some of the final switchbacks. Still worked pretty hard on the ascent, despite not running much. Ran the descent pretty hard, though. Well, some parts. Started out easy, but then picked it up. Took it a bit easier on the "flats." Amph pretty hard. Fun descent. Hadn't worked that hard on a descent in quite a while.
