From South Mesa TH, Mesa, Homestead, Towhee, Shadow, South Boulder; over to Bear; down the same.
Started at 3:37 pm. With Jeff V. Really dragged today, particularly when we hit Shadow. Legs and lungs were dead. A few water stops for Sierra on the up and down.
My right foot has been giving me some serious pain. Top of the foot, toward the outside, about in the middle front-to-back. Several days this week, I could not walk without a serious limp, presumably due to a couple of runs last weekend. Not sure when it started. Perhaps after pacing at Leadville?
The foot actually didn't hurt much at all on the way up today. Only a few times when stepping on a rock or whatever that would twist the foot/ankle more. Really bothered me on the down, though, with all the rocks and uneven surfaces. Was really favoring it.
Time to see a doctor, I think.
