From Gregory TH, Amph, Saddle Rock, Greenman, Green; down West Ridge, Ranger, Realization Point TH, Ute, off trail to Flagstaff summit; Flagstaff, Crown Rock, Gregory.
Started at 12:51 pm. Just felt like taking it easy today. Although, I often start off that way but then gradually up the effort or put in a hard final push. Today was a bit of the latter, just to make sure I got under 45.
