Bear

From Cragmoor TH, North Shanahan, Fern, Bear; down the same.

Started at 6:08 pm. Worked pretty hard for most of this. Might have run the approach to Fern a little easier, but pushed hard up Fern and the upper ridge. Ran down easy.

Got stung on the ankle by a bee (I presume) approaching the Slab on the ascent. Stopped briefly when it happened, then again a minute or so later as it was bothering me a bit. Decided to go on and didn't notice it after a few more minutes.

Thought this was a PR from Cragmoor, but I'd forgotten about the 8ers group TT on 6/4/09, where I went up in 48:04. Today, I was 48 seconds slower hitting Fern but just 13 seconds behind at the summit.
