Started at 4:07 pm. With Jeff V and George Z. With these guys leading the way, this was pretty much an all-out effort for me. Thought for sure I'd be under 40 given the amount of suffering involved, but clearly I've lost a bit of fitness (and gained a bit of weight) over the last four lazy weeks.
